The Family Engagement Team believes that student achievement and school improvement are possible when families, schools, and communities partner to create:

• A culture that welcomes all families
• Improved two-way communication between schools and families 
• Supports for student success 
• A space for families to advocate for their children 
• An environment that supports cooperation and collaboration 
• Purposeful partnerships between the community and school communities 

The Family Engagement Team will foster engagement, student achievement, and school improvement through the achievement of the following goals:

Goal 1: To engage families in high-impact activities that relate directly to academic subjects.

Goal 2: To grow and develop the skills and knowledge of families by providing access to resources, services, and information.

Goal 3: To support schools in creating cultures that engage every family.

Goal 4: To build purposeful partnerships with our community.
